Amendment Description	FluoroPharma Medical, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this Amendment No. 1 on Form 10-Q/A (the “First Amendment”) to its Quarterly Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2011, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 15, 2011 (the “Form 10-Q”). This First Amendment is being file to include restated financials as of and for the period ended June 30, 2011 to reflect preferred stock dividends totaling $841,296 following the guidance of ASC 470-20. As a result of the restatement, the Company has revised its internal controls and procedures to disclose that they are not effective for the period covered by this report. No other changes have been made to the Form 10-Q. This First Amendment speaks as of the original filing date of the Form 10-Q, does not reflect events that may have occurred subsequent to the original filing date and does not modify or update in any way disclosures made in the original Form 10-Q.
