Deferred Compensation Plan	Deferred Compensation Plan On March 10, 2010, the Company established the Restricted Debt Unit Plan (the “RDU Plan”), an unfunded nonqualified deferred compensation plan. The total number of RDUs that can be granted under the RDU Plan is 28,500. As of June 30, 2012, 25,774 RDUs had been granted to participants. Compensation expense of $2.1 million and $2.0 million related to the RDU Plan was recognized in the three months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively, and compensation expense of $4.2 million and $4.0 million was recognized in the six months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively. As of June 30, 2012, total unrecognized compensation expense of $21.9 million related to the RDU Plan is expected to be recognized over the next 2.5 years. Payments totaling $5.6 million and $0.9 million were made to participants under the RDU Plan in January 2012 and April 2012, respectively. At June 30, 2012 and December 31, 2011, the Company had $12.9 million and $15.2 million of liabilities related to the RDU Plan recorded on the consolidated balance sheets, respectively.

This type of arrangement is distinguished from broader based employee benefit plans as it is usually tailored to the employee. Disclosure also typically includes the amount of related compensation expense recognized during the reporting period, the number of shares (units) issued during the period under such arrangements, and the carrying amount as of the balance sheet date of the related liability.
