Earnings Per Share [Abstract]
EARNINGS PER SHARE

Basic Earnings Per Share (“EPS”) is computed as net income (loss) available to common stockholders divided by the weighted average number of common shares outstanding for the period. Diluted EPS reflects the potential dilution that could occur from common shares issuable through stock options and warrants.

The outstanding securities at October 31, 2020 and 2019, that could have a dilutive effect are as follows:

    October 31, 2020     October 31, 2019
Stock options     7,145,000       6,645,000
Warrants     6,789,667       29,039,849
TOTAL POSSIBLE DILUTIVE SHARES     13,934,667       35,684,849

For the three and six months ended October 31, 2020 and 2019, respectively, the effect of the Company’s outstanding stock options and warrants would have been anti-dilutive and so are excluded in the diluted EPS.
