Defined Contribution Retirement Plan	Defined Contribution Retirement Plan The Company maintains a 401(k) defined contribution retirement plan covering substantially all of its employees. The plan provides for matching and discretionary contributions by the Company. Contributions were $0.9 million, $0.5 million, and $0.4 million for the years ended December 31, 2016, 2015, and 2014 respectively.
