Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS We evaluate all subsequent events and transactions for potential recognition or disclosure in our financial statements. The Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a $0.06 per share quarterly cash dividend which was paid on March 11, 2020 to stockholders of record as of March 4, 2020. On January 24, 2020, our insurance subsidiary, IIC, paid a $12,000,000 dividend to the Company. On February 20, 2020, the Company made a $12,000,000 capital contribution to our insurance subsidiary, UPC.
