Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 31, 2019, our Board declared a $0.06 per share quarterly cash dividend payable on August 21, 2019, to stockholders of record on August 14, 2019. They also authorized a stock repurchase plan providing for the repurchase of up to $25,000,000 of our common stock. On July 31, 2019, the Company made a capital contribution of $12,000,000 to FSIC.
