Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS We evaluate all subsequent events and transactions for potential recognition or disclosure in our financial statements. On February 20, 2019, our Board of Directors declared a $0.06 per share quarterly cash dividend which was paid on March 13, 2019 to stockholders of record on March 6, 2019. On February 25, 2019, the Company made capital contributions of $4,000,000 and $1,000,000 to UPC and FSIC, respectively.
