Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS We evaluate all subsequent events and transactions for potential recognition or disclosure in our financial statements. On March 14, 2012, our Board declared a $0.05 per share dividend. We will pay the $518 dividend on April 5, 2012 to shareholders of record on March 26, 2011. Other than the aforementioned dividend declaration, we have not identified any other issues requiring disclosure
