Schedule of Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS We evaluate all subsequent events and transactions for potential recognition or disclosure in our financial statements. On November 9, 2011, our BOD declared a $0.05 per share dividend. We will pay the $518 dividend on December 15, 2011 to shareholders of record on November 30, 2011. We have not identified any other issues requiring disclosure.
