ORGANIZATION   IN Media Corporation (the "Company") is a Nevada corporation incorporated on March 5, 2007 as Tres Estrellas Enterprises, Inc. (Tres Estrellas).  Effective February 3, 2010, the Company changed its name to IN Media Corporation. The Company is a development stage company. On October 30, 2009 (the Acquisition Date), we executed an agreement between IN Media Corporation ("IN Media") and Tres Estrellas whereby IN Media shareholders acquired shares of the Company's common stock and the Company acquired all the issued and outstanding shares of In Media and IN Media was merged into Tres Estrellas. Accordingly, the consolidated statements of operations include the results of operations of IN Media from its inception on October 27, 2008 and the results of operations of Tres Estrellas from the Acquisition Date.
