Common stock split																The Company split its common stock on a twenty-for-one basis. All shareholders as of the record date of January 14, 2008 receive twenty shares of common stock in exchange for each one common share of their currently issued common stock. The authorized, issued and per share information presented is on a post-split basis. On January 14, 2008, the Company's total paid-in capital was less than the product of the par value per share multiplied by the number of post-split shares outstanding. As a result, the shareholders may have an obligation to make up the shortfall of $7,735 should the shortfall not be otherwise eliminated.
