4. 401(K) PLAN

The Company has a 401(K) plan, which covers substantially all employees. Each participant is permitted to make voluntary contributions not to exceed the lesser of 20% of his or her respective compensation or the applicable statutory limitation, and is immediately 100% vested. The Company matches one-fourth of the first 4% contributed by the employee. Contributions to the plan related to employees of the Company were, $81,000, $78,000, and $68,000 in the years ended June 30, 2012, 2013 and 2014, respectively.
