The Company’s other non-current liabilities at December 31, 2024 consisted of AROs of $2,039 and severance liabilities of $356. The Company’s other non-current liabilities at December 31, 2023 consisted of AROs of $2,016.
AROs consists of estimated future spending related to removing certain leasehold improvements at the Company’s facilities in Portage, Indiana and Warren, New Jersey, and returning all facilities to their original condition. Depreciation expense related to the ARO assets included in overall depreciation expense for the periods ended December 31, 2024 and 2023 were $11 and $7, respectively.
