RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	As of September 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012, members of the Company had loaned amounts totaling approximately $448,166 and $703,870, respectively, including accrued interest of approximately $114,000 and $34,000, respectively, to the Company and are included in Due to Related Party in the accompanying Balance Sheets. These payables accrue interest at a rate of 12% annually.
