RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	12. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS GeoCam entered into a professional and management services contract with Société Nationale d’Investissement du Cameroun (“SNI”), the holder of 20% and representative of other holders of an additional 19.5% of the outstanding shares of GeoCam, that was effective for fiscal year 2011. The services were for government relations and administrative matters related to project development. No agreement has been entered into for 2012. GeoCam has expensed $0 for the six months ended June 30, 2012 for these services [2011—$164].
