<p><font style="font-size: x-small">          As
of June 30, 2013, our Uptown Park property in Houston, Texas individually
accounted for 15.9% of our consolidated total assets, respectively. No other
individual property comprised 10% or more of our consolidated assets.
Consistent with our strategy of investing in geographic areas that we know
well, 20 of our properties are located in the Houston metropolitan area. These
Houston properties represent 55.3% and 62.5% of our rental income for the six
months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively. Houston is Texas’ largest
city and the fourth largest city in the United States. </font></p>
