IMH Financial Corporation (the “Company”) is currently in the process of negotiating a significant contract with the Company's Chief Executive Officer and certain related agreements. Due to the time and effort devoted to these negotiations, there have been certain delays in collecting and incorporating required information. As a result, the Company is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2018 (the “Form 10-K”). The Company expects to file its Form 10-K within fifteen (15) calendar days of the prescribed due date.
