NOTE 7.   SEGMENT REPORTING
 
The Company reports segments based on the financial information it uses in managing its business. The Company’s reportable segments are comprised of corporate-owned stores, direct to consumer and other. Direct to consumer includes sales from the Company’s e-commerce website and phone sales. Franchise sales, wholesale, showrooms sales and outlet sales have been combined into other. The Company has reviewed its general corporate expenses and determined some costs previously classified as general corporate are direct segment expenses. Accordingly, all prior year comparable information has been reclassified to conform to the current year classification.
