Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 25, 2024, Matthew T. Argano, the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of LL Flooring Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) provided notice to the Company that he was resigning to pursue another opportunity outside of the home improvement industry. Dr. Argano’s last day with the Company will be May 10, 2024.
