Recent Accounting Pronouncements	NOTE 2. RECENT ACCOUNTING PRONOUNCEMENTS The management has evaluated all recent pronouncements issued by the FASB or other authoritative standards groups with their effective dates. The management believes that these are either not applicable or are not expected to be significant to the condensed consolidated financial statements of the Company.
