(EDENOR) (the “Company”), in compliance with the applicable regulation, in order to inform that today the Company’s Board of Directors during its meeting held today decided to summon a Special Ordinary Class B and C Shareholders Meeting for September 20^th, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. for the first call and 12.00 a.m. for the second call to be held in the Company’s headquarters located in Libertador Ave. 6363, ground floor, of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
