Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 22, 2014, the Company filed an 8-K concerning the departure of the company’s Chief Financial Officer at the time, Richard Nickelson. The Company’s filing at the time incorrectly stated that Mr. Nickelson had been terminated. Mr. Nickelson’s departure arose out of discussions regarding a mutual separation, which discussion was not due to Mr. Nickelson’s job performance.
