Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company was paid restitution by a former employee in the amount of $3.3 million on October 24, 2017 pursuant to an Order of Restitution issued by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in the criminal matter captioned United States of America v. David W. Kent. The gain will be recorded as a component of operating income in the fourth quarter of 2017.
