STOCK BASED COMPENSATION	The Company accounts for stock-based compensation awards in accordance with the provisions of FASB ASC Topic 718, which addresses the accounting for employee stock options. FASB ASC Topic 718 requires that the cost of all employee stock options, as well as other equity-based compensation arrangements, be reflected in the financial statements over the vesting period based on the estimated fair value of the awards.

The entire disclosure for compensation-related costs for equity-based compensation, which may include disclosure of policies, compensation plan details, allocation of equity compensation, incentive distributions, equity-based arrangements to obtain goods and services, deferred compensation arrangements, employee stock ownership plan details and employee stock purchase plan details.
