14. Employee Benefits

The Company established a defined contribution savings plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code (the “401(k) Plan”). The 401(k) Plan covers substantially all employees who meet minimum age and service requirements and allows participants to defer a portion of their annual compensation based on a pre-tax or post-tax basis as elected by the participants. Company contributions to the plan may be made at the discretion of the board of directors. For the years ended December 31, 2024, 2023 and 2022, the Company has made contributions of $675, $625, and $593, respectively, to the 401(k) Plan.
