MAJOR CUSTOMERS AND CONCENTRATION OF CREDIT RISK Significant customers are defined as those who represent 10% or more of our total consolidated revenues during the year. For the year ended December 31, 2021, Ergon accounted for approximately 43% of the Partnership’s total revenues. In addition, two third-party customers accounted for 14% and 13% of the Partnership’s total revenues. For the year ended December 31, 2020, Ergon accounted for approximately 40% of the Partnership’s total revenues. In addition, two third-party customers accounted for 12% and 15% of the Partnership’s total revenues.
