(b) On December 4, 2019, Steven D. Black notified The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (the “Corporation”) of his resignation from the Corporation’s Board of Directors effective December 10, 2019. On December 6, 2019, John M. Hinshaw notified the Corporation of his resignation from the Corporation’s Board of Directors effective December 6, 2019.
