Commitments and Contingencies	Commitments and Contingencies At September 30, 2017, we were not involved in any material litigation. Various claims and lawsuits arising in the normal course of business are pending against us. The results of these proceedings are not expected to have a material adverse effect on our consolidated financial position or results of operations. At September 30, 2017, we had $6.5 million in unfunded construction and tenant improvement commitments (Note 4).
