Item 8.01. Other Events.

On May 10, 2007, The Frontier Fund (the “Registrant”) filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 (the “Form 10-Q”). However, due to an error committed by a service provided to the Registrant, the Form 10-Q was filed only on behalf of the Registrant and not on behalf of the individual series of the Registrant (each, a “Series”) which are co-registrants of the Registrant.

Upon realizing the inadvertent omission, the Registrant refiled the Form 10-Q on behalf of the Registrant and each co-registrant Series. Such filing is listed as a Form 10-Q/A filing on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s EDGAR system. However, except for the fact that the Form 10-Q/A is filed on behalf of the Registrant and each Series, the Form 10-Q/A is identical in all respects to the Form 10-Q.
