Capital Stock	(10) Capital Stock On August 2, 2010, the Company filed with the SEC a universal shelf registration statement on Form S-3 for $30.0 million of securities to provide the Company with financing flexibility. Pursuant to this registration, the Company sold 1,381,369 shares of its common stock in December 2010 at $17.50 per share. The Company received $22.4 million (net of commissions and other expenses related to the offering) from the sale of its common stock.
