Britannia Bulk Announces Date for Conference Call and Release of First Quarter Results

LONDON, England May 27, 2008 — Britannia Bulk Plc (“Britannia”) announced today that it will host a conference call to present and discuss its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 on Thursday, May 29, 2008. Britannia expects to release its results for this period on Thursday, May 29, 2008.

Britannia will host a conference call on Thursday, May 29 at 4:00 p.m. GMT/11:00 a.m. EST to review its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
