REVENUE RECOGNITION	*Revenue Recognition* The Company recognizes revenue utilizing the five principles of ASC 606. They are: (1) Identify the contract with a customer; (2) Identify the Performance Obligation in the contract; (3) Determine the transaction price; (4) Allocate the transaction price; (5) Recognize Revenue. There was no revenue in the quarters ended September 30, 2022 or 2021.
