Consorteum Holdings, Inc. is seeking the extension of the due date of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended December 31, 2017 in order to allow the Company and its independent certified public accountants time to complete the review of the Company’s financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2017 which they were unable to complete prior to the due date without unreasonable effort or expense.
