These trades were executed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, and the purchase price was in Canadian dollars. The purchase price was converted to US dollars at an exchange rate of 1.0196 by the executing broker, BMO Nesbitt Burns, upon the execution of the trades. Semi-annual directors fee for the second half of 2012. Mr. Wang is the trustee for the two trusts and his grandchildren are the beneficiaries of the trusts.
