In these circumstances an officer of the Company has made advances in the form of promissory notes, which may be repaid or extended at any time, subject to availability of cash. Such advances are at the sole discretion of the officer and there is no undertaking or commitment to make any additional advances at any time. The net balance outstanding under this note was $0 and $48,617 at March 31, 2012 and December 31, 2011 and respectively.
