Nature of Business and Liquidity	Nature of business: ChromaDex is a science-based integrated nutraceutical company devoted to improving the way people age. ChromaDex scientists partner with leading universities and research institutions worldwide to discover, develop and create products to deliver the full potential of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide and its impact on human health. Its flagship ingredient, NIAGEN® nicotinamide riboside, sold directly to consumers as TRU NIAGEN®, is backed with clinical and scientific research, as well as extensive intellectual property protection. Liquidity: The Company's net cash outflow from operating activities was approximately $12.1 million for the six-month period ended June 30, 2019. As of June 30, 2019, cash and cash equivalents totaled approximately $19.8 million. The Company anticipates that its current cash, cash equivalents and cash to be generated from operations will be sufficient to meet its projected operating plans through at least the next twelve months from the issuance date of this report. The Company may, however, seek additional capital within the next twelve months, both to meet its projected operating plans within the next twelve months and/or to fund its longer-term strategic objectives
