Stock Issuance	Fiscal year 2017 On April 26, 2017, the Company entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with certain purchasers named therein, pursuant to which the Company agreed to sell and issue up to $25.0 million of its common stock at a purchase price of $2.60 per share in three tranches of approximately $3.5 million, $16.4 million and $5.1 million, respectively. All three tranches closed during the year ended December 30, 2017, whereby approximately 9.6 million shares were issued for proceeds of $23.7 million, net of offering costs. On November 3, 2017 the Company entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement for the sale of approximately $23.0 million of its common stock in a private placement, in return for which the purchasers received approximately 5.6 million shares at a per share price of $4.10. The private placement closed during the year ended December 30, 2017 and the Company received proceeds of $22.9 million, net of offering costs.
