Commitments and Contingencies	On February 29, 2016, the Company entered into a lease amendment to extend the term of the lease for its laboratory facility located in Boulder, Colorado through April 2023. Pursuant to the lease amendment, the Company will make monthly lease payments ranging from $23,472 to $27,210, as the payments escalate during the term of the lease. On March 4, 2016, the Company entered into a lease amendment to lease an office space located in Rockville, Maryland through April 2021. Pursuant to the lease amendment, the Company will make monthly lease payments ranging from $3,450 to $3,883, as the payments escalate during the term of the lease. Subsequent to the three-month period ended April 2, 2016, the Company entered into a lease to lease an office and laboratory space located in Longmont, Colorado through September 2023. Pursuant to the lease, the Company will make monthly lease payments ranging from $8,586 to $11,518, as payments escalate during the term of the lease.
