Note 11. Subsequent Events	On July 1, 2014, the Company awarded 65,000 shares of common stock with a deemed fair value of $1.29 per share to a certain non-employee for services to be provided. From June 29, 2014 through August 11, 2014, 17,751 of stock options with exercise prices of $0.50 ~ $0.945 per share have been exercised and the Company received proceeds of $13,974.
