Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 9, 2016, Green Dot Corporation (“Green Dot”) announced that Konstantinos Sgoutas, Chief Revenue Officer, will no longer serve in such capacity effective as of November 28, 2016. He is expected to remain with Green Dot for up to six months to facilitate the transition of his duties and work on select new initiatives with Green Dot's Chief Executive Officer.
