NOTE 1.DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS AND BASIS OF PRESENTATION	NOTE 1. DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS AND BASIS OF PRESENTATION Beyond Commerce, Inc. (the “Company”,”BCI” and “we”), has a planned business objective to develop, acquire, and deploy disruptive strategic software technology and market-changing business models through selling our own products and the acquisitions of existing companies. We plan to offer a cohesive digital product and services platform to provide our future clients with a single point of contact for all their internet marketing technology and services (IMT&S) and information management (IM) initiatives. Basis of Presentation The condensed consolidated financial statements and the notes thereto for the periods ended March 31, 2020 and 2019 included herein include the accounts of the Company, its wholly-owned subsidiaries Service 800 Inc., Path UX and IDriveYourCar which have been discontinued and Customer Centered Strategies, LLC., which the Company has an 80% investment interest. These financial statements have been prepared by management and are unaudited. Certain information and footnote disclosures normally included in the financial statements prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States have been condensed or omitted pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). These condensed consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with the financial statements and the notes thereto for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019.
