DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS AND BASIS OF PRESENTATION	NOTE 1. DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS AND BASIS OF PRESENTATION Beyond Commerce, Inc. ( the “Company”,”BCI” and “we”), has a planned business objective to develop, acquire, and deploy disruptive strategic software technology and market-changing business models through selling our own products and the acquisitions of existing companies. We plan to offer a cohesive digital product and services platform to provide our future clients with a single point of contact for all their internet Marketing Technology and Services (IMT&S) and information Management (IM) initiatives. Basis of Presentation The consolidated financial statements and the notes thereto for the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017 included herein include the accounts of the Company, its wholly-owned subsidiaries BOOMj, Inc. d/b/a i-SUPPLY, AIM Connection Inc. and Adjuice, Inc, which we are no longer operating. The consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”) and pursuant to the rules and regulations of the SEC. All significant intercompany accounts and transactions have been eliminated in consolidation.

Business description describes the nature and type of organization including but not limited to organizational structure as may be applicable to holding companies, parent and subsidiary relationships, business divisions, business units, business segments, affiliates and information about significant ownership of the reporting entity. Basis of presentation describes the underlying basis used to prepare the financial statements (for example, US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Other Comprehensive Basis of Accounting, IFRS).
