Description Of Business And Basis Of Presentation	NOTE 1. DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS AND BASIS OF PRESENTATION Beyond Commerce, Inc. (the “Company”, “we” and “our”), has a planned business objective to develop, acquire, and deploy disruptive strategic software technology and market-changing business models through selling our own products and the acquisitions of existing companies. The Company currently owns and operates a data company and is actively seeking acquisition opportunities in high growth sectors such as psychedelics, cryptocurrency, ESports and Logistics among others. Basis of Presentation The condensed consolidated financial statements and the notes thereto for the periods ended June 30, 2022 and 2021 included herein include the accounts of the Company, its wholly-owned subsidiary Service 800 Inc., and Customer Centered Strategies, LLC (“CCS”), which the Company has an 80% investment interest. The consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”) and pursuant to the rules and regulations of the SEC. All significant intercompany accounts and transactions have been eliminated in consolidation. Any reference in these notes to applicable guidance is meant to refer to the authoritative GAAP as found in the Accounting Standards Codification (“ASC”) and Accounting Standards Updates (“ASU”) of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (“FASB”).
