Preferred Stock, Voting Rights			The Series A Preferred Stock will, with respect to each holder of the Series A Preferred Stock be entitled to three million ( 3,000,000 ) votes for each share of Series A Preferred Stock standing in his, her or its name on the books of the corporation.
Preferred Stock description			Following the cancellation of 100 shares of Pre-reverse stock split Series A preferred stock, such 100 shares of preferred stock were returned to treasury, increasing the number of shares of authorized undesignated preferred stock from 0 to 100. The Board designated 51 of such 100 shares as Series B Preferred. Each share of Series B Preferred carries approximately 1% of the voting power, but these shares do not have any economic rights. The Board issued on October 2, 2019, 20 shares of the Series B Preferred to Geordan Pursglove. An additional 13 shares of Series B Preferred was issued to Geordan Pursglove on August 4, 2020. During the first quarter Mr. Pursglove was issued three (3) shares of Series B Preferred stock.valued at $43,950. The value of the October 2, 2019 transaction is $293,000 based on an independent valuation of the transaction and the value of the August 4, 2020 transaction is $190,450
