SUBSEQUENT EVENT	NOTE 5 -SUBSEQUENT EVENT On November 9, 2012, the Company received a stock subscription for 33,334 shares at $0.15 per share. The Company has evaluated all other subsequent events from the balance sheet date through the date the financials were issued, and has determined there are no events that would require disclosure herein.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
