Deferred Financing Costs	Deferred Financing Costs During the five months ended December 31, 2017, the Company incurred approximately $0.2 million of legal, accounting, and filing fees related to the Company's fund raising efforts. The Company recorded the $0.2 million as deferred financing costs as of December 31, 2017. These expenses were offset against net proceeds received from the Company's financings during 2018.
