Sale of Subsidiary

During December 2022, the Company entered into a purchase and sale agreement for the sale of the stock of its Ecuador subsidiary and completed the sale in September 2023. The sale of the Ecuador subsidiary did not qualify as discontinued operations since it did not represent a strategic shift in the Company’s operations that will have a major effect on its results and operations. The following table summarizes total revenue and operating income for the Ecuador subsidiary for the three and six months ended June 30, 2023.
