During the nine months ended June 24, 2022, we recognized goodwill in the Communications Solutions segment in connection with recent acquisitions. Also during the nine months ended June 24, 2022, we recognized purchase price adjustments in the Industrial Solutions segment in connection with prior year acquisitions, including two acquisitions that closed late in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2021.
