(1)	In connection with the realignment of certain businesses during fiscal 2015, goodwill was re-allocated to reporting units using a relative fair value approach. See Note 22 for additional information regarding our current segment structure.
(2)	At fiscal year end 2015, 2014, and 2013, accumulated impairment losses for the Transportation Solutions, Industrial Solutions, and Communications Solutions segments were $2,191 million, $669 million, and $1,626 million, respectively.

During fiscal 2015, we completed the acquisition of Measurement Specialties and recognized goodwill of $1,064 million, which benefited the Transportation Solutions segment. See Note 5 for additional information regarding acquisitions.

We completed our annual goodwill impairment test in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015 and determined that no impairment existed.
