Explanatory Note

Pursuant to Rule 485(b)(1)(iii) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, this Post-Effective Amendment No. 46 to the Registration Statement for Oppenheimer Revenue Weighted ETF Trust (the “Registrant”), on behalf of its series the Oppenheimer International Dynamic Factor ETF (Series S000058920) and Oppenheimer Emerging Markets Dynamic Factor ETF (Series S000058918) is being filed for the purpose of delaying the effectiveness of Post-Effective Amendment No. 42, which was filed pursuant to Rule 485(a)(2) on June 28, 2017. Post-Effective Amendment No. 42 was initially scheduled to become effective on September 11, 2017. It is proposed that Post-Effective Amendment No. 46 become automatically effective on October 11, 2017.

Accordingly, the contents of Post-Effective Amendment No. 42 consisting of Part A, Part B, and Part C, are herein incorporated by reference herein.
